How to grow as a designer in the world of AI?

The lightning bolt moments happen when you connect your concepts to a tangible form, when you connect how you are absorbing things, that osmosis of seeing inspiration out in the world, into something of your own. Then you can really click on why it is working and why it is not working. That is the leap moment when your craft improves.

It is really easy to spend hours looking at other people's designs online and thinking that makes you have great taste. It only gets you so far. Some of the best designers, best artists, best creators, innovators, they were just relentless in creating, creating, creating.

AI can help and elevate us, but junior talent can really bring so much to a team, fresh ideas, innovation. The misperception that because we have AI we do not need people, I disagree.
