Summarise Kirti Trivedi's episode

Short answer

Order is already there.

Long answer

There is a teaching I keep returning to: to become a designer, you need to understand only three things. Order, hierarchy, and mapping. Order is the relationship between components. Hierarchy is knowing which elements matter more. Mapping is how you choose to make it visible, and that is where your personal voice enters.

What strikes me most is the idea of dynamic order, an arrangement that remains balanced even as new elements are added. Not a fixed composition, but a living one.

The deepest design insight here is quiet but radical: order is not imposed. It is revealed. The designer's job is simply to make what already exists self-evident.
